DUBUQUE - The Dubuque Assistant Principal accused of having a sexual relationship with a student says he's not guilty.
Prosecutors say Shane Oswald snuck a student into his home and had sex with her on several occasions.
Oswald is also accused of giving the girl alcohol and prescription drugs.
This was Oswald's first court appearance since his father posted a $50,000 bond last week.
Oswald appeared before the judge dressed in a suit and tie.
He pleaded not guilty to all three counts.
He's charges with sexual exploitation by a school employee.
Giving alcohol to a person under the legal age and distributing a controlled substance to a minor.
Oswald denies all of the accusations.
Court documents show Oswald told police the girl was never inside his home. But the girl was able to draw a diagram of the inside of his Oswald's house.
Judge Monica Ackley set Oswald's trial to begin Tuesday March 30th.
