One Person Killed, Three Injured in Jones County Accident

ANAMOSA - One person is dead and three others are injured in an early morning accident near Anamosa.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at around 12:30 Saturday morning along 130th Street just east of Anamosa. Nathan Conley, 22, of Anamosa, was driving an eastbound vehicle when it went out of control, went into the south ditch and rolled onto its roof.
Conley and two of his passengers were thrown from the car in the accident. Conley was pronounced dead at the scene. Brielle Gerst, 18, of Anamosa, Lourie Fox, 20, of Monmouth, and Jami Woodward, 18, of Wyoming, were all transported to area hospitals. The extent of their injuries is not known.
The accident remains under investigation.
