Fire Damages Home in Cedar Rapids

CEDAR RAPIDS - Cedar Rapids Fire crews were called to a house fire early Saturday morning. It happened around 12:30 a.m. at 1388 Parkwood Drive SE.

Firefighters found a fire in the attic and got it under control before it spread to the rest of the home, limiting damage to the attic and roof.

No one was injured. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
