CEDAR RAPIDS - Dustin Eglseder is 22 years old, has limited health insurance, and a sister, Amy, who's doing everything she can to help.

Last fall, Dustin noticed a vague pain in his shoulder that soon got a lot worse. In March, an MRI found cancer - Stage IV Osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer that affects only 400 Americans each year.

His sister is working with friends and other family members to host an event in their hometown this weekend. They got the idea after Dustin started losing his hair during chemotherapy treatments at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. About ten of his high school buddies decided to shave their heads, as well.

So, at this weekend's benefit, people can buy chances to buzz the hair off some of his other friends. The money raised will go toward Dustin's medical expenses.

The benefit called "Stand Together" is this Saturday starting at 2 p.m. and going through 1 a.m. at the Lakeside Ballroom in Guttenberg, Dustin's hometown.
