Olin Man Killed in Early Morning Crash

JONES COUNTY - An Olin man is dead following an accident Sunday morning.

The Iowa State Patrol says Daniel Soper, 26, was driving on County Road E-45 near Morley around 2:00 a.m. Sunday when the vehicle left the road and settled on its side in a nearby field.

Soper was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities say Soper was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
