JEFFERSON COUNTY - Authorities want to find a man who allegedly approached two young teenage girls and asked them to pet his dog in the bed of his truck.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office says the man drove slowly beside the girls while they were walking from the school bus stop yesterday afternoon.

The man had a juvenile male passenger at the time, but later came back without a passenger and yelled at the girls.

Officials say the truck is a dirty dark blue or black full sized truck, possibly with an extended cab, with Van Buren County Plates and a golden retriever in the bed.

If you have any information, call police.
