CHICAGO (AP) - Authorities say operations have returned to normal at Chicago's airports following an FAA computer glitch.

Chicago's Department of Aviation reports no delays at O'Hare International Airport or Midway Airport linked to that glitch.

Earlier Thursday, Midway flights faced average delays of about 30 minutes as a result of the problem that began at a Salt Lake City computer center. That center handles flight plans for traffic throughout the U.S. O'Hare reported delays of about 20 minutes.

The FAA says although the computer problem has been resolved, delays could continue at some airports.

While the computer issue is no longer affecting Chicago, poor weather in the East could affect some flights to and from the city.
