Man Accused of Stealing from Elderly After Helping with Bags

CORALVILLE - Police have arrested a suspect in a robbery outside the Coralville Wal-mart.

Calvin Pearson, 42, is charged with second degree robbery.

Police say Pearson last month took an elderly couple's wallet and purse after helping them carry their bags to their car.

He is now in the Johnson County Jail.
