Teen Seriously Hurt in Hammer Attack

WATERLOO - A teenager is in the hospital after a man beat him with a hammer Wednesday.

Now police are looking for his attacker.

It happened this afternoon at the Kwik Star at the corner of Broadway and Conger Streets in Waterloo.

Police say the attacker hit 19 year-old Domonique Turner on the head several times with the hammer.

Turner was seriously hurt and was air lifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
