Waterloo Man Charged with Terrorism After Shooting

WATERLOO - A Waterloo man is charged with Terrorism after a shooting Tuesday afternoon.

At 3:43 p.m. the Waterloo Police Department was called to 905 Logan Ave on a report of a shooting. Witnesses at the scene told officers that three shots were fired, and one shot hit the house.

Witnesses also gave the officers a description of the suspect vehicle. About one hour after the shooting Officers located a vehicle and two subjects were detained.

The driver of the vehicle, Anthony Jackson, 21, is charged with terrorism, going armed with intent, possession of a firearm as a felon and carrying weapons. He's being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.
