MT. VERNON, IA - A quarter century has gone by but Mt. Vernon native Todd Lehr hasn't forgot about what happened to him in 4th grade.

A girl named Tina Palmer stripped him of his manhood. Tina beat Todd in an arm wrestling championship. Now Todd is out to regain his masculinity and defeat Tina once and for all.
