Evidenciary Hearing Thursday in Bentler Homicide Case

AP - A hearing is scheduled for Thursday in Van Buren County on a motion by Shawn Bentler's attorney to toss out a key piece of evidence in his murder case.

Bentler is accused of killing his parents and three sisters at the family's home in Bonaparte last fall. His attorney wants to suppress a 911 call made the night of the killings.
