Officer Back at Work Following Crash

CEDAR RAPIDS - A Linn County Officer is back at work after a car crash.

Colonel John Stuelke was stopped in an unmarked squad car in Center Point Wednesday night.

Authorities say a car driven by 19-year-old Samantha Stark of Center Point hit the squad car from behind.

Both were taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Colonel Stuelke returned to duty earlier today.
