OXFORD - The man believed to be responsible for several bank robberies in the area is scheduled to be in court Monday.

FBI agents arrested Jason Bowers, 33, in Des Moines Friday night.

The FBI believes Bowers is behind four robberies, including one in Johnson County.

Around 11:00 Wednesday morning, investigators say Bowers walked into the First Trust and Savings Bank in Oxford and robbed the bank at gunpoint. He then stole a car parked in the bank lot to get away. No one was hurt in that robbery.
