CEDAR RAPIDS - We now know what caused a semi crash on I-380 in Cedar Rapids Sunday night. Police say the semi was carrying a load of chain link fence. The load somehow shifted, and that caused the semi to tip over.

It hit the I-380 exit 20-B sign causing it to fall across all northbound lanes. Crews shut down part of the interstate overnight so they could clean up the mess. The interstate reopened around five Monday morning.

The driver of the truck was not injured.
