Vote 2009: Cedar Rapids Mayoral Candidates Participate in Forum
CEDAR RAPIDS - City elections are just under three weeks away. In that election, Cedar Rapids voters will pick the city's next mayor. On Tuesday night, the three candidates vying for that position faced-off in a debate.
