Fayette Co. Businesses Pass Tobacco Tests

FAYETTE COUNTY - On October 7th, the Fayette County Sheriff's Office conducted tobacco compliance checks on retail establishments throughout Fayette County.

A minor under the supervision of a Deputy entered local establishments in an attempt to purchase tobacco products.

All establishments that were checked were found to be compliant with Iowa's tobacco laws.
