Norman Borlaug's Wife Dies at 95

AP- Margaret Borlaug, the wife of Nobel Peace Prize winner and Iowa native Norman Borlaug, has died in Texas.
An assistant to the family says she fell recently and never
recovered. Margaret Borlaug died yesterday in Dallas. She was 95.
Norman Borlaug, who's 92, is from Cresco and lives in College
Station, Texas. He won the 1970 Nobel Peace Prize for his
pioneering work in plant genetics.
His work helped fight starvation in countries like India and Pakistan in the 1960s. He is also the founder of the Des Moines-based World Food Prize.
A memorial service for his wife will be March 24th in Dallas.
