Crews Battle Fire in Rural Jones County

HALE - Three fire departments responded to a structure fire in rural Jones County Monday morning.

The fire was reported around 7:30 a.m. on 100th Avenue just north of the tiny town of Hale, according to the Jones County Sheriff's Office. Firefighters from Wyoming, Olin and Oxford Junction responded.

The fire damaged a machine shed and two outbuildings, but no one was hurt.
