N. IA Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash

VENTURA - A Garner man is dead after losing control of his motorcycle in rural Hancock County.

The Iowa State Patrol says Terry Hagen, 54, of Garner was riding his motorcycle along 290th street just North of Ventura, when he lost control, hit a guide wire in the ditch and was ejected.

Hagen was pronounced dead at the scene by the medical examiner.

The crash happened just before 7:00 a.m. Friday.
