Driver Killed in Head-On Crash

HARDIN COUNTY - A weekend crash killed a Cedar Falls driver.

The crash happened in Hardin County, east of Iowa Falls Sunday afternoon.

The Iowa State Patrol says a car was driving the wrong way on D-15 and slammed head-on into a pick-up.

The car's 28-year-old driver died at the scene. Police say they will release that person's name once family is notified.

The 18 year old driver of the pick-up is from Iowa Falls. That person is in the hospital.
