LANCASTER, WI - Another Wisconsin man will spend time behind bars for his role in an attempted grave robbery.

Prosecutors say back in 2006, twin brothers Nick and Alex Grunke and their fried Dustin Radke tried to did up a young woman's body so Nick Grunke could have sex with the corpse.

All three men where charged with damage to cemetery property, attempted theft and attempted third degree sexual assault.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors dropped the attempted theft and property damage charges against Radke.

Wednesday, a judge sentenced Radke to one year in prison and two and a half years of probation.

On Tuesday a jury found Nick Grunke guilty all three counts.
