AP - Tracey Dyess took the stand on Monday, testifying against the man who she intended to kill when she set her family's Griswold home on fire two years ago.
The fire instead killed her sister and nephew, while her stepfather Brian Street escaped.
Now Street is on trial for allegedly taking pornographic photographs of Tracey.
His jury trial began Monday in Des Moines.
Dyess, who is serving a 45-year prison term for the fatal fire, showed no emotion as she identified dozens of photographs depicting her nude and some with Street also in picture.
More than 60 photographs were found in a safe in Street's bedroom in their Griswold home, which Dyess set on fire in March 2005.
Street's attorney claims that Dyess had willingly posed for the photos.
The case is expected to be completed and ready for jury
consideration by midweek.
