Des Moines - Attorneys in the Tracey Dyess murder trial say there are more surprises to come as litigations continue.

Tracey Dyess, 17, is in prison for setting a deadly fire at her Griswold home, killing her younger sister and nephew.

Now defense lawyers say shocking evidence will be presented at the trial of Dyess' step-father, Brian Street, 38.

Street is accused of taking pornographic pictures of Dyess and her younger sister, Jessica, 13, and transporting both girls across state lines to engage in criminal sexual activity.

Street faces a 60-year prison sentence if convicted.

Dyess, who's serving 45 years, may be called as a government witness against Street. His trial begins Monday at a U.S. district court in Des Moines.

Dyess set the family's home on fire back in March of 2005. She says it was the only way she and her sister could escape years of sexual abuse.
