JO DAVIESS COUNTY - A Waterloo man made another appearance in Jo Daviess County court on Wednesday.

David Damm is accused of hiring a hit man to kill Donnisha Hill, 13.

In October Hill's body was found in Illinois in rural Jo Daviess County.

On Wednesday the prosecution asked for more time to collect evidence in the case.

Damm's lawyer says he doesn't plan to waive his right to a speedy trial.

The other man accused in Hill's death is Bruce Burt, also of Waterloo.

His next court appearance is set for January 30th.
