Coralville Wetland Improvements Start Next Week

By Daren Sukhram

CORALVILLE - Work will begin on the Auburn Hills Wetlands the week of July 6.

Improvements include the construction of a small forebay to catch silt before it enters the wetlands, repair of berms, and additional drainage overflow pipes. A diagram showing repairs can be found by clicking here.

The work site will be accessed by the trail going west from Auburn Hills Drive. Closure of the trail is not expected but caution signs will be posted at both sides of the work area.
