Cedar Rapid Woman Arrested for Prostitution

CEDAR RAPIDS - Police have charged a 54-year-old Cedar Rapids woman with prostitution.

Police set up an undercover operation, searched for "Cedar Rapids Escorts" online and made contact with Ann Marie Dresselhaus. Dresselhaus arrived at a hotel with items that police say "would lead the average person to believe this was a prostitution service".
