Fayette County Teens Charged for Stealing Golf Carts, Clubs

FAYETTE COUNTY - The Fayette County Sheriff's Office has arrested five teenagers for a string of burglaries.

Three golf carts and three set of clubs were reported stolen from Edgewater Golf Club and Resort just West of Oelwein.

Authorities have filed charges against Joseph Rohrick, 17, Jacob Strempke, 16, Jacob Berry, 17, John Shaffer, 18, and Brandon Reaves, 18. All are charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree two counts, which is a Class "D" Felony.

The Sheriff's Office has recovered all items except two sets of clubs.
