DUBUQUE - Friday morning's storms also took a toll on much of Dubuque County.

Trees were down all over the city of Dubuque, with many falling onto houses and across power lines.

Dubuque Public Works told TV9 it received more than 70 reports of downed tree limbs.

Up to 10,000 customers lost power throughout the county, and especially in Farley where winds knocked down a power line just off the Highway 20 exit ramps.
