Police: Man Pulls Gun Over Loud Music

CEDAR RAPIDS - Police say a man pulled a gun on a roofing crew after complaining about their music.

Cedar Rapids Police say Arnie Hardt, 57, got in an argument with a roofing crew working at 1410 N Street SW about their music. Hardt went to his house across the street and came back with a gun demanding the workers turn off the music.

Hardt is now charged with assault while displaying a weapon.
