Man and Son Hopitalized After 25-Foot Fall

JONES COUNTY - Hospital officials in Iowa City are declining to release the conditions of two people who fell 25-feet onto cement.

On Friday, Jerald Pasker, 32, of Monticello and his 6-year-old son fell down a shaft a concrete shaft while moving equipment at a secured communications facility.

The business sits off Highway 151 between Monticello and Cascade in Jones County.

Authorities say both victims were conscious and talking when they left this scene.
