SIOUX CITY - A federal judge has set a trial date for a man tied to the Evelyn Miller murder case in Floyd County.

Danny Slick is accused of lying to federal agents who were investigating the 2005 slaying of the five-year-old girl.

Slick's trial will begin Nov. 20 in Sioux City.
