NE Iowa Man Killed in ATV Accident

ALLAMAKEE COUNTY - A NE Iowa man is dead after an ATV accident over the weekend.

It happened on Sunday evening around 6:00 at the intersection of Primrose Drive and Maple Road. James Leroy Leas, 59, of rural Waukon, was operating a Polaris 6x6 on a hillside when it rolled.

Leas was pronounced dead at the scene.
