AP - A Boone woman who claims her hometown Wal-Mart printed parts of her medical history on the back of school supply lists is suing the company.

Patricia Weichert claims the action amounts to pharmaceutical malpractice. Her lawsuit was filed this week in Boone County court.

Her attorneys aren't saying what prescription information was disclosed. And, they don't know how it ended up on a back-to-school shopping list for elementary grades.

The information was discovered in July by a customer.

A Wal-Mart spokesman says the Arkansas-based company hasn't seen
the lawsuit yet, and he can't comment.
