Judge Removes Regina from Abuse Lawsuit

IOWA CITY - A judge has ruled a lawsuit cannot name Iowa City Regina High School as a defendant in a sexual assault case.

The case is one of three involving the school and former bishop Lawrence Soens. The school board says it will file for bankruptcy if the judge finds against the school in any of the lawsuits.
