CEDAR RAPIDS - Community support for Officer Davis has been pouring in, and social networking sites are no exception.

The Facebook page supporting Davis has about 17,000 members (as of Wednesday morning).

The page says: This group is for people to add thoughts, prayers and stories about Cedar Rapids Police Officer Tim Davis who was severely beaten while on duty. We are praying for a quick recovery, Officer Davis.
