The following information was posted on Tim’s CarePage on Tuesday, April 7th at 1:30 a.m.:
Today Tim looked right at me. I asked him if he was okay and he squeezed my hand. I don’t have any confirmation from a test or scan that he is improving but doctors and nurses are impressed with his progress. Every hour the nurses and doctors wake him up and ask him to follow commands, this is very exhausting for Tim so unfortunately I need to ask that we restrict visitors to family and close friends. While visiting we need to stick to visiting hours (9am-1pm, 3pm-6pm, and 9pm-10:30pm) and please do not ask him to wake up, open his eyes, or squeeze your hand. I want Tim to see all the support he has but we need to give him a day or two to rest and continue to recover. Please call if you would like to visit and are wondering if it would be okay…I will post his progress each day and also let you know when we can open visiting again. Thank you so much on behalf of Tim, myself and the boys…we are so lucky.
