Shooting Victim in Intensive Care, Suspect in Custody.

DELAWARE COUNTY - State troopers and DCI agents are on the scene of a shooting in Delaware County. It happened around 9:30 a.m. Friday at 1435 165th Street, in rural Delaware County, that is between Dundee and Manchester.
Delaware County Sheriff says that a 48-year-old female, who's name has not yet been released, was taken to a Manchester hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. She was later air lifted to UIHC in Iowa City. The victim's family tells KCRG-TV 9 that she is in stable condition but still in intensive care.
When authorities arrived on scene, the victim told officials she had been in an argument with her ex-boyfriend and he shot her with a handgun.
Robert Krogmann, 50, of Manchester is charged with “attempt to commit murder”, which is a class B felony.
