DENISON (AP) - Authorities have identified the body of a man found in a western Iowa ditch.

Officials with the Crawford County Sheriff's Office say the body is that of Lorenzo Nambo Garcia, 27, who was believed to be staying most recently in Denison.

The body was found by a passer-by on Feb. 24 in a ditch south of Dow City.

Sheriff's officials said last week that they were treating the death as a homicide.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Crawford County Sheriff's Office
