Tattoo Scare in Northern Iowa

CLEAR LAKE - Northern Iowa has a tattoo scare. The Cerro Gordo County health department is urging some tattoo customers to get tests for HIV, plus Hepatitis B and C.
The recommendation came after officials closed a Clear Lake tattoo and body piercing business that was operating out of a home and was not licensed.
