DUBUQUE - Former Agriprocessors top executive Sholom Rubashkin wants his federal trial moved out of state.

Wednesday he was released from federal custody in Dubuque on $500,000 bond.

Rubashkin is accused of harboring illegal immigrants and bank fraud in Postville.

Court papers filed Thursday ask for the trial to be moved out of Iowa due to pre-trial publicity.
