Two More Arrested in Drive-By Shooting

AP- Davenport police have made two more arrests in connection with the drive-by shooting death of 19-year-old Vincelina Howard.

Davenport Police Captain David Struckman says Don White and
Rasheem Bogan both of Rock Island, Illinois, were caught late
Sunday by Rock Island County deputies at a house in Carbon Cliff,
Illinois.

Howard was killed in a drive-by shooting on August 19th, during
a family gathering in the yard of her grandmothers house in
Davenport.

Both suspects, who police identified last week, will be held in
the Rock Island County Jail ahead of a court appearance and
extradition proceedings. Bond is set at one (M) million dollars.

Police have already arrested two other Rock Island men in
connection with Howard's death. Terrell Lobley was arrested Friday
and Ron Jarel Millbrook was arrested Thursday.

Both are in custody in the Rock Island County Jail.
