Three Arrested After Anhydrous Theft

Three people in Cedar Rapids are facing charges after the Linn County Sheriff's office got a call about a possible theft of anhydrous November 19th.

Deputies responded to 4045 North Center Point Road at about 10:30am Wednesday morning.

The suspects were gone, but a witness was able to give a vehicle description.

Arrested was 27-year-old Lisa Proesch who was charged with Possession of a controled substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Also arrested, 40-year-old Thomas Fisher who was charged with Tampering with Anhydrous Ammonia or Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession with Intent to Deliver.

And 23-year-old Joshua Feye who was charged with tampering with Anhydrous Ammonia or Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment.
