Vilsack Appeals FEMA Decision

IOWA CITY - Iowa City and Johnson County could get reimbursed following the tornado. Governor Vilsack is appealing the president's decision not to give several counties federal aide. Vilsack says Iowa City and Johnson County have found an extra $70,000 combined in damage. And the University of Iowa is spending more than $2.3 million.
