DUBUQUE - Sheriff's Deputies have arrested two men after what the sheriff termed a concert ticket scam.

Authorities say Jeffrey Adam Revis, 20, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, and Charles L. Warthan, 30, of Chattanooga, Tenn., sold tickets for "Summer Jam 2006" at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds. But artists listed on the tickets they were never booked to play at the concert.

On Wednesday, officers set up surveillance at one store that had sold the tickets after someone called saying he would come pick up the money and remaining tickets. They later arrested Revis and Warthan on first-degree theft charges.

People who bought tickets can turn them in at the Dubuque County Sheriff's Office and will eventually receive a refund.
