Ottumwa Teen Charged in Stabbing

OTTUMWA (AP) - An Ottumwa teenager has been arrested and charged with attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed another man in the back.

Kegan Rolison, 17, is accused of stabbing Joshua Stice, 19, in the back Tuesday morning.

Stice was treated at an Ottumwa hospital and released.

Rolison is being held in the Wapello County jail under $32,500 bond.
