IOWA CITY (AP) - A St. Louis law firm is billing the University of Iowa $247,588 for a report on the school's handling of an alleged sexual assault involving two former Hawkeye football players.

The report, released last month, led to the firing of two top school officials, former Vice President for Legal Affairs and general counsel Marcus Mills and former Vice President for Student Services and Dean of Students Phillip Jones.

The Iowa Executive Council will consider approval on Monday of a
$72,649 invoice, the third and final bill from the Stolar Partnership.

A school spokesman says the costs will be split between the university's athletics department and a capital improvement fund.

Abe Satterfield and Cedric Everson have been charged with sexually assaulting a female student-athlete Oct. 14, 2007, in a residence hall room.
