Norwood Souvenir to Relocate to Minnesota
CEDAR RAPIDS - Employees of a large flood affected business have learned their company will not rebuild here in Cedar Rapids.
Norwood Souvenir announced to their employees Friday morning that they will not rebuild here in Cedar Rapids. They are going to re-locate to Red Wing Minnesota. The CEO told employees on Friday at a meeting at the Clarion that it was too expensive to rebuild here in Cedar Rapids. The company has been in Cedar Rapids for 100 years.
