IOWA CITY - When you go to the polls Tuesday you might see something different. Every Johnson County precinct will have a new touch-screen voting machine. They help eliminate hanging chads. They are also designed for the blind. Everything is audible through headphones. The machine is on display Saturday and Monday at the Johnson County administration building.
