CEDAR RAPIDS - In May, KCRG-TV9 uncovered major financial problems at the Crowne Plaza Five Seasons.

Most of those problems focused on bouncing paychecks for employees.

Since May, dozens of employees have told the media about the problems, but the state says none of them have reported it.

According to the Divison of Labor, the are currently no complaints on file for bouncing paychecks.

The D-O-L says without a formal complaint, specifically about bouncing paychecks, it can't investigate.

D-O-L officials say employees may have complained about other issues, but none have complained about bouncing paychecks.

To file a complaint, you can call the Division of Labor at 1-800-JOB-IOWA.

Or you can go to their website, http://www.iowaworkforce.org/labor/wage.htm
